CHICKEN IN THE OVEN WITH PASTA AND FETA CHEESE
Ingredients
Half of a young
free range cock about 1.5 kg
400 g. bigoli
spaghetti (large and long spaghetti, 3mm in diameter)
400 g. Feta
cheese
150 g. soft
unsalted cheese
100 g. Cheddar
cheese
50 g. of olive
oil
Oregano,
savory, salt and pepper
1 sprig
rosemary
1 TB coriander
grains
1 TB black pepper grains
Instructions
Buy the young cock overnight.
Cut it in halves.
Keep one half of the cock in the fridge.
Take the other half and wash it well.
Put on it salt, pepper, savory, oregano and rub it around.
Pour oil over it and rub it all around.
Put the meat in a small baking dish, wrap it with plastic wrap and put in
the fridge.
The next morning convey the young cock in a pan with dimensions 32x42x6 cm.
Pour water into the pan until the meat is immersed in 2/3.

Put the pan in the oven on the first rack from the bottom.
Bake at 250 C degrees.

Cut in half the pasta and pour into the pan with the melted cheeses.
Stir several times with the long fork.
Decrease the temperature to 170 C degrees.
Scour the meat. Remove the skin, the fat, the tendons and the bones.
Cut it into small pieces.
Put the meat into the pan with spaghetti, in the oven.
Stirl sometimes.
Let the pasta with the meat to cook for ten minutes.

Stir with the log fork ladle and turn over the spaghetti.
Cook another ten minutes the pasta in the oven.
After that time open the oven and check if the pasta is ready.
The pasta is ready when it is soft and chelate.
This recipe is not for a dry dish. It's for a dish with white sauce.
Remove the pan from the oven and leave to cool.
Pasta slowly absorbs the sauce and thickens.
This food is easy to make, tasty and soft.
It is suitable for children and elderly people..
You can make this dish with beef instead of chicken.
1kg of beef is enough for this recipe.
Overnight marinate the beef.
All the working steps are exactly the same.
